ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPOPRT): Chairman of IESCO, Dr. Tahir Masood, has reiterated the commitment to provide the best services to consumers during the holy month of Ramadan. He stated that all formations of IESCO are dedicated to ensuring uninterrupted power supply and promptly addressing electricity-related complaints. The performance of IESCO has been appreciated by the Ministry of Energy (Power Division) and consumers alike. The Chairman further emphasized that the current Board of Directors is focused on improving customer services and field operations through the implementation of modern technology, which has enabled the provision of high-quality facilities to consumers and strengthened the relationship between IESCO and its customers.
Dr. Tahir Masood issued directives to IESCO officers and staff, emphasizing that there will be no compromise on consumer interests or the quality of services. He acknowledged that IESCO’s officers and staff are the company’s most valuable assets. Dr. Masood added that he and his team are fully focused on making IESCO a truly customer-friendly company.
