The 20th International AgroWorld Uzbekistan 2025 exhibition opened at the Uzexpocentre National Exhibition Complex in Tashkent.
The event, organized by Iteca Exhibitions and ICA Eurasia Group with the support of local partners, has attracted more than 130 companies from 23 countries.
At the opening ceremony, it was emphasized that agriculture plays a key role in Uzbekistan’s GDP growth, with stable production growth achieved in recent years.
AgroWorld Uzbekistan is a landmark industry event that draws significant attention from the agricultural community each year. Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, the exhibition has established itself as a reliable platform for presenting innovations and modern agricultural trends, integrating them into production, fostering domestic business development, and expanding exports. Since its launch in 2006, the exhibition has hosted 1,846 companies from 43 countries.
According to Oyimkhon Bobojonova, Deputy Director General of Iteca Exhibitions, a creative approach to exhibition organization, along with an in-depth study of industry and market needs, has shaped the practical concept of AgroWorld Uzbekistan.
“Specialists can explore equipment and technologies covering the entire production chain – from crop cultivation and livestock and poultry breeding to harvesting, processing, and storage. This year, the exhibition features participants from Belgium, Hungary, Germany, Denmark, India, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, China, South Korea, and many others. As usual, Türkiye will showcase a national pavilion with 12 companies. Notably, the regional office of the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) is making its debut, representing 13 leading Japanese enterprises offering innovative solutions for the agro-industrial sector. Other first-time exhibitors include Agricola (Spain), specializing in fruit sorting and processing equipment, and ROTA GUIDO (Italy), which provides turnkey livestock farm construction solutions”, Ms. Bobojonova said.
As a longstanding tradition, the second day of the exhibition, March 12, will feature Farmer’s Day. This initiative facilitates direct interactions between exhibitors and leaders and key specialists from farming and dehkan enterprises.
