WNAM REPORT: Uzbekistan Airports representatives are participating in Routes Europe 2025, an event that strengthens the international status of Uzbekistan’s airports.
Uzbekistan Airports promotes the global popularization of Uzbekistan’s airports. The company implements a set of strategic initiatives aimed at increasing passenger traffic, expanding the route network, and increasing the attractiveness of airports for airlines and passengers. Constant work is underway to optimize flight schedules, develop services, introduce digital solutions, and improve logistics in airport infrastructure.
To expand the international route network, the company actively uses marketing tools, such as implementing programs to promote new destinations and conducting advertising campaigns.
Special emphasis was placed on developing the country’s transit potential to expand the geography of flights and create convenient transit routes through Uzbekistan’s airports. This will create a comfortable and competitive air hub on routes between Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
It should be noted that Uzbekistan Airports completed 2024 with positive results in all indicators. Last year, 113,622 flights were served by the country’s international airports. Of these, 80,213 are international, 33,409 are domestic. 39,653 flights were operated by foreign airlines, and 4 million 767 thousand 203 passengers were served.
