WNAM MONITORING: President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov extended his congratulations to the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, on receiving Uzbekistan’s highest state award — the Order of High-Level Friendship (Oliy Darajali Do‘stlik).
Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that the people of Turkmenistan take pride in the Chairman’s efforts to strengthen international relations and advance national development, according to official Turkmen official media.
President of Turkmenistan also highlighted the strategic partnership between Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, built on strong political and diplomatic ties.
“This prestigious award, presented during your friendly visit to brotherly Uzbekistan, is a worthy recognition of your significant contributions in this field,” the President stated.
The Order of High-Level Friendship (Oliy Darajali Do‘stlik), established in 2020, is the highest state award of Uzbekistan. It is bestowed upon foreign heads of state, government officials, parliamentarians, representatives of international organizations, and distinguished individuals across various fields, including Uzbek citizens.
