OPF Reclaims 170 Kanal of Encroached Land in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT ): In a crackdown on land encroachment, the OPF has reclaimed around 170 kanal of encroached land of OPF Housing Scheme Zone-V, Islamabad. Management is now intensifying efforts to recover the remaining land. The operation was conducted with the collaboration of Deputy Commissioner Islamabad, revenue officials, and ICT police. The recovered land, which had been unlawfully occupied, is highly valuable. Managing Director, OPF, stated that the illegal occupation of OPF’s land will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Chairman, OPF Board of Governors emphasized that indiscriminate operations against encroachments will continue, and immediate action will be taken against the land grabbers.
This crackdown was part of the OPF’s Management ongoing efforts to reclaim OPF’s land and protecting overseas Pakistanis assets.
