WNAM REPORT: Mian Akram Farid, the former Vice President of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI), has extended his congratulations to the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Syed Asim Munir, for Pakistan’s resolute and effective response to recent Indian aggression.
Mr. Farid made these remarks while addressing a significant rally of traders held in the Blue Area of Islamabad. This demonstration was organized by the Islamabad business community to express their unwavering solidarity with the Pakistan Armed Forces. During his address, Mr. Farid emphasized the unwavering determination of the Pakistan Army, Pakistan Air Force, and Pakistan Navy, under the unified command of the Commander-in-Chief, to successfully thwart any malicious intentions harbored by the enemy.
Highlighting the strategic significance of Operation “Bunyan-um-Marsoos” Mian Akram Farid underscored that the armed forces had delivered a befitting and crushing response to India’s alleged cowardly acts of targeting innocent civilians. He firmly stated that this decisive action would serve as a lasting lesson for future Indian generations, and that history would forever mark this day as a moment of India’s humiliating defeat. He further asserted the complete unity of the Pakistani populace, with every citizen standing firmly alongside their armed forces and wholeheartedly endorsing every measure undertaken by their esteemed leader, General Syed Asim Munir.

Mr. Farid passionately declared that General Syed Asim Munir has emerged as a true national hero, whose courage, bravery, and exceptional leadership qualities are deeply admired and respected by the entire nation. He reiterated the unwavering unity of the nation with its military, pledging full support for all their endeavors. In his concluding remarks, Mr. Farid asserted that the courageous offensive undertaken by Pakistan’s forces has unequivocally demonstrated that the nation’s pursuit of peace should never be misinterpreted as a sign of weakness.
Also present at the rally was Chaudhry Abdul Rauf, a highly respected and prominent leader within the Blue Area traders’ community. Mr. Rauf expressed his sincere gratitude to all the traders who actively participated in the rally to demonstrate their strong solidarity with the Pakistan Armed Forces. He emphatically affirmed the unwavering commitment of the business community to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with General Syed Asim Munir on every front in the defense and safeguarding of the nation.
