The Start plan offers a basic set of features for small businesses: 4 extensions, a main telephone exchange, a 15-second voice greeting, and first-level interactive voice mail. The Business plan expands the capabilities to 8 extensions and a 30-second voice greeting, and includes multi-level interactive voice mail. The Premium plan provides maximum capabilities with 20 extensions and similar advanced functionality.
All tariffs include such functions as transferring calls to employees and departments, saving audio recordings of all conversations and voice mail. An important advantage is that incoming calls and calls within the virtual PBX are not charged additionally.
