WNAM REPORT: The Senate hosted an online meeting with a delegation led by the Chairman of the Mongolia – Uzbekistan Interparliamentary Friendship Group, Sukhbaatar Erdenebat.
It was noted that friendly relations between Uzbekistan and Mongolia have strong historical foundations and are developing based on mutual respect and trust.
The participants exchanged views on improving the effectiveness of the Uzbekistan – Mongolia Interparliamentary Friendship Group and establishing joint parliamentary control over the timely and high-quality implementation of agreements reached at the highest level.
The draft roadmap for interparliamentary cooperation for 2025-2026 was also discussed, and specific tasks were identified.
