ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT ): Ambassador of Turkmenistan A. Movlamov called on the High Commissioner of Bangladesh Iqbal Hussain Khan at the High Commission of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh in Islamabad.
During the meeting, the Turkmen side conveyed an official invitation on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov addressed to the President of Bangladesh Mohammad Shahabuddin to participate in the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC3), which will be held in the «Avaza» National Tourist Zone of Turkmenistan in August this year.
The High Commissioner Iqbal Husain Khan accepted the invitation with gratitude, confirming his country’s readiness for further cooperation with Turkmenistan and international community on a wide range of subjects, including sustainable development and regional integration.
The meeting confirmed the mutual interest of the parties in strengthening constructive dialogue and developing partnership relations.
