ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT ): Chairman Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, has reaffirmed the government’s firm commitment to empowering the youth, enabling them to transform their lives and reshape the future of the nation.
He expressed these views while addressing as Chief Guest at the “Connected Pakistan – 30 Under 30: Celebrating Pakistan’s Brightest Young Change Makers” event, organized at the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI).
Rana Mashhood emphasized that the government, under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, is taking concrete and practical steps to support young people in areas such as education, entertainment, employment, information technology, entrepreneurship, and sports through the PM’s Youth Programme.
He stated, “The future belongs to those who dare to create it. Our youth is boldly taking initiatives and innovating relentlessly, redefining the trajectory of Pakistan’s development.”
Commending the leadership of ICCI, Rana Mashhood praised the Chamber’s consistent efforts in promoting startups and entrepreneurship, recognizing their critical role in national prosperity.
Earlier, in his welcome address, ICCI President Nasir Mansoor Qureshi congratulated the 30 under 30 awardees for breaking barriers and setting new benchmarks in their respective fields. He said, “The youth of Pakistan holds the potential to drive an economic revolution. With the right guidance and support, they can transform the future of our country.”
He reiterated ICCI’s commitment to supporting young entrepreneurs and assured that the Chamber’s platform would always remain available to guide and facilitate them in their journey.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from university and college students, along with young entrepreneurs and leaders from the tech industry. Shields and certificates were awarded to the distinguished youth achievers by Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, ICCI President Nasir Mansoor Qureshi, and CEOs of renowned IT firms.
