WNAM REPORT: Vice President for Medical Affairs of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care Oguljahan Atabayeva met with Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Chairman of the SCO Committee on Good-Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation Shen Yueyue in Beijing on Saturday, Xinhua reported.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation. Particular attention was paid to the implementation of important agreements reached by the leaders of the two countries, as well as strengthening Chinese-Turkmen friendship.
The participants in the talks discussed prospects for developing cooperation in the area of protecting women and children. In addition, the issue of the work of the SCO Committee on Good-Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation in the area of non-governmental exchanges with Turkmenistan was considered.
