ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT): Anti Narcotics Force ( ANF) conducted 7 operations, resulting in the apprehension of 9 suspects around educational institutions & in various cities across the country, & confiscated 202.71 kgs of drugs, worth more than 2 Crore 4 lac PKR.
Near a university in Islamabad, 2.4 kgs of hashish recovered from a vehicle, 2 suspects arrested. The arrested accused confessed selling drugs to students of educational institutions. In Illah Abad District, Kasur, 150 kgs of hashish seized from 2 motorcyclists, the suspects apprehended. At Bilal Chowrangi, Karachi, 42 kgs of hashish recovered from a rickshaw, 2 individuals arrested. Near a hotel on GT Road, District Nowshera, 4.5 kgs of hashish confiscated from a car, a suspect arrested. Near Mandi Mor, Rawalpindi, 3.6 kgs of hashish seized from the possession of the accused. In Islamnagar, Lahore Cantt, 200 grams of weed recovered from an accused riding a motorcycle. At the cargo office in Nazimabad, Karachi, 15 grams of weed recovered from a watch box.
