ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT): inDrive, a global mobility and services platform, has expanded its services in Pakistan with the launch of inDrive.Groceries, in collaboration with its dark stores partner Krave Mart. The new service enables users to order daily essentials directly from the inDrive app, bringing fast, reliable, and affordable grocery delivery to Karachi, with expansion plans for Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi in 2026.
This expansion reflects inDrive’s strategic roadmap to build a Super App tailored to Pakistan’s market, where mobility, delivery, and everyday essentials converge on one platform. By integrating grocery delivery into its app, inDrive aims to enhance user engagement, diversify services, and create a unified customer experience centred on fairness and choice.
“This launch is a step towards creating more opportunities for local businesses, delivery partners, and customers,” said Nurken Rzaliyev, Head of Q-Commerce Services at inDrive, inDrive. “Our goal is to create an ecosystem where everyone can participate in and benefit from the digital economy.”
Through its collaboration with Krave Mart, a leading dark-store-based q-commerce platform, inDrive.Groceries offers over 7,500 products, from fresh produce, fresh meat and dairy to snacks and household items, with an average delivery time of 20-30 minutes. Customers can also avail exclusive deals, discounts, and free delivery on orders above PKR 599 without any service fees.
Kassim Shroff, Founder & CEO at Krave Mart added: “Our partnership with inDrive represents a major leap forward in how grocery delivery operates in Pakistan. Together, we’re combining operational speed with technological reach to make 20-30 minutes grocery delivery the new standard for convenience, while offering customers the lowest prices every day, because convenience shouldn’t cost more.”
Pakistan’s grocery retail sector represents significant room for growth, with many purchases still made offline through informal kiryana (mom and pop) stores. The shift toward online grocery delivery has accelerated in urban centres, indicating a strong potential for scale.
Already recognised as Pakistan’s leading ride-hailing platform, inDrive continues to expand its ecosystem of services that promote fairness, transparency, and freedom of choice: from supporting drivers through low-commission policies to launching initiatives that empower local businesses.
