WBAM MONITORING: According to the National Statistics Committee, tourist exchanges between Uzbekistan and Pakistan rose significantly in 2025.
A total of 435 citizens of Uzbekistan traveled to Pakistan for tourism-related purposes during the year, a 6.9-fold increase from the previous year.
By purpose of travel, 272 Uzbekistan citizens visited for leisure, 95 for official business, 67 to visit relatives, and one for educational purposes.
During the same period, approximately 18,752 Pakistani citizens traveled to Uzbekistan. This figure represents a 3.4-fold year-on-year increase.
Leisure travel accounted for the largest share of visits from Pakistan, totaling 10,700 people. In addition, 5,800 trips were made for official purposes, 1,800 for study, 404 for commercial activities, and 74 for visiting relatives.
