ISLAMABAD ( WNAM MONITORING): Chaudhry Mazhar, Chairman of the Foreign Delegation Committee of the Islamabad estate agents association has expressed deep concern over the current global war situation, stating that rising tensions in the region will have far-reaching and negative impacts on the global economy.

He said that the prevailing war environment is not acceptable for any country, including Pakistan, because such conditions are creating uncertainty in global trade markets, which is also affecting business activities and the investment climate.
He further stated that due to escalating tensions, there is a risk of rising oil and energy prices, increasing shipping costs, and disruptions in supply chains. These factors will have stronger impacts on economies around the world, particularly on import-dependent countries like Pakistan.
He warned that if the war situation prolongs, global trade, exports, and imports will be affected, while inflation may also increase sharply, further intensifying the economic challenges faced by developing countries.
