ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT): President Tourism for Interfaith Peace and Development and President of Lakeshore Club, Syed Sadat Hussain Shah, stated that Pakistan’s progress cannot be measured solely through statistics; it can only be achieved by creating opportunities for youth, attracting investment, promoting tourism, and ensuring sustainable development.

He said that one of his key budget proposals is to focus on the country’s greatest asset—its youth. He emphasized the need for easy business loans, skill development programs, startup funds, and the creation of new employment opportunities so that young people can play an effective role in strengthening the national economy.

Sadat Shah noted that Pakistan is among the most beautiful countries in the world. He called for the allocation of special funds to promote religious, cultural, and natural tourism, improve tourism infrastructure, and project a positive image of Pakistan at the international level.

He further stated that the real estate and construction sectors stimulate dozens of other industries. Therefore, the tax system for the property sector should be simplified, investment should be encouraged, and incentives should be provided for affordable housing projects to generate employment and increase economic activity.

He concluded by saying that a better Pakistan is not built merely through buildings and infrastructure, but through opportunities, education, peace, tourism, and strong youth leadership.
