ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT): : The National Exchange Training Program, organized by The Signature Impact Pvt. Ltd alongside with School Education & Literacy Department & ECC Directorate, Government of Sindh concluded successfully with a prestigious closing ceremony hosted by Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU), Rawalpindi. The ten-day national-level training program, held from 23rd June to 2nd July 2026, brought together 15–20 teachers and education professionals from across Pakistan to enhance their professional capacities and enhance inter-provincial collaboration in the education sector. This Resident Teacher’s trainings program was fully funded by The Signature Impact Pvt Ltd along with our Sponsoring Partners i.e. Cheezious & Savour Foods.
The delegation primarily comprised teachers nominated by the School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, along with representatives from leading private educational institutions from different regions of Pakistan. The program was designed to promote professional development, educational leadership, institutional collaboration, digital learning, curriculum innovation, and the exchange of best practices among educators.
The Closing Ceremony was graced by distinguished academicians, educationists, and industry leaders. The event was attended by Engineer Dr. Muhammad Afzal, HI (M), Lt. Gen. (R), CEO of The Signature Impact Pvt. Ltd., along with Mr. Muhammad Adnan Mukhtar, Chairman, HEC Standing Comittee, Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI) / COO (Chief Operating Officer) – The Signature Impact Pvt Ltd.
The ceremony was graciously hosted by Prof. Dr. Bushra Mirza, Vice Chancellor, Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU). Also presence of Prof. Dr. Malik Ghulam Behlol, Professor/In charge, Department of Education, Dr. Hashaam Akhtar Director, Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC) and Dr. Sidra Salam (Assistant Director ORIC) (FJWU) – ORIC & BIC who welcomed the participants and highlighted the importance of collaborative efforts between academia, government institutions, and the private sector to improve educational standards in Pakistan.
Addressing the participants, the distinguished speakers emphasized the importance of innovation in education, digital transformation, curriculum enhancement, research-driven teaching practices, and leadership development. They encouraged educators to become change-makers within their institutions by adopting modern pedagogical approaches and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Speaking on the occasion, Engineer Dr. Muhammad Afzal, HI (M), Lt. Gen. (R) appreciated the dedication of the participating educators and reaffirmed The Signature Impact Pvt. During the ceremony, Certificates of Participation were awarded to all participants in recognition of their successful completion of the intensive training program.
