WNAM REPORT: Chairman of the Foreign Delegation Committee of the Islamabad Estate Agents Association, Chaudhry Mazhar, has said that affordable financing and easy access to loans are essential for the construction sector. He added that digitalization can effectively eliminate corruption and unnecessary delays.
He stated that the real estate sector serves as the backbone of the country’s economy and supports dozens of allied industries. Therefore, the sector deserves special relief and policy support.
Chaudhry Mazhar further said that excessive taxation has created uncertainty among investors, which has continued to hinder construction activities. He urged the government to implement a one-window operation in practical terms to ensure greater transparency and convenience in the property registration and transfer process.
