WNAM MONITORING: Azerbaijan is represented at the 56th Cairo International Book Fair in Egypt, which brought together over 1300 publishing houses from 80 countries.
Supported by the Azerbaijani Embassy in Egypt, the national stand displays books highlighting the country’s culture, history, geography and literature.
Dignitaries presented at the opening day of the fair included heads of several Egyptian ministries, representatives of foreign embassies, including employees of the Azerbaijani embassy.
The exhibition, to feature a number of events, will run until February 5.
