WNAM REPORT: A high-level delegation from Turkmenistan will take part in the third Caspian Economic Forum in Tehran on February 17-18. This was announced by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during a telephone conversation with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.
During the conversation, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov proposed to Pezeshkian to intensify cooperation in the Caspian Sea.
“The third Caspian Economic Forum will be held in Tehran on February 17-18 this year, in which a high-level delegation from Turkmenistan will also participate. In this context, the expediency of focusing the Forum on solving economic, social, environmental and humanitarian problems in the Caspian was emphasized,” the statement said.
