WNAM Monitoring: The delegation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Parliament of Moldova will observe the early presidential elections that will be held in Azerbaijan on February 7.
The Ukrainian observation mission will be headed by Vice-Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Olena Kondratiuk, and the Moldovan one will be headed by Member of Parliament from the ruling party Vitalie Jacot.
Observation missions with international status will prepare a report on the election results.
