ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT ): inDrive, the global mobility and services platform, is extending crucial support to communities still recovering from the devastating floods that struck Pakistan earlier this year. Through a dedicated funding contribution, inDrive is partnering with global humanitarian organization International Medical Corps to help address ongoing health, sanitation, and medical needs in the hardest-hit areas.
The support is enabling International Medical Corps to provide essential medicines, medical equipment, clean drinking water, purification tablets and hygiene kits: critical resources that remain in high demand months after the disaster. A mobile medical team is also being deployed to reach communities where access to healthcare is still limited.
Awais Saeed, Country Head of inDrive Pakistan, said. “Even after the floods have faded from the headlines, many families continue to face serious challenges. We believe it’s important to support long-term recovery, not just short-term relief. Our partnership with International Medical Corps ensures that vital services continue reaching those who need them most.”
Syed Khurram Khursheed, Director of Country Programs for International Medical Corps in Pakistan, added: “inDrive’s support comes at a crucial time, helping us expand access to essential medicines, clean water and emergency health services for communities that are still rebuilding.”
Along with providing affordable and convenient mobility solutions for passengers in major cities of Pakistan and enhancing the livelihoods of thousands of drivers, inDrive continues to support initiatives that contribute to the well-being and recovery of communities across the country.
