WNAM REPORT: Saudi Arabia’s National eLearning Center has launched the National Digital Learning Indicator for 2025–2026, marking a major step forward in measuring the quality of digital learning across government entities in the Kingdom through real-time data and direct technical integration.
The indicator aims to assess digital learning quality, strengthen data-driven governance, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement, enhancing the efficiency of the national digital learning and training ecosystem.
It targets government entities in the higher education and training sector, measuring performance through four key indicators: the use of shared digital educational resources, inter-agency integration, data-driven digital learning quality, and flexible learning models based on micro-credentials.
Performance is measured automatically through direct integration with entities’ systems, ensuring accurate, up-to-date data that reflects actual performance without requiring registration or file uploads.
The center said the new edition marks a significant advancement in the Kingdom’s digital learning journey, supporting a more efficient, transparent, and sustainable ecosystem that promotes continuous improvement and enhances educational and training outcomes.
