Tashkent- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will visit Bishkek on 31 August–1 September for a working visit to attend a meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) and the SCO Plus meeting, the Uzbek presidential press service said.
The visit will take place at the invitation of Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov. The summit will focus on further developing multifaceted cooperation within the SCO and improving the organization’s activities.
The heads of state will also discuss current issues of international and regional cooperation.
