WNAM MONITORING: The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan hosted a meeting with Li Yuanin, the Trade and Economic Advisor of the Chinese Embassy in Turkmenistan. During the meeting, Li Yuanin invited Turkmen entrepreneurs to participate in the 7th China International Import Expo, scheduled to take place from November 5 to 10 of this year in Shanghai, China.
In the course of the negotiations, the parties emphasized the importance of developing bilateral trade and economic relations between the two countries, based on the principles of equality, mutual respect, and consideration of mutual interests, as reported by Turkmenistan’s official media.
The participants also exchanged views on further development of business cooperation between the two countries.
At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed confidence in the continuation of the high pace of Turkmen-Chinese relations development, considering the rich experience of successful cooperation in the trade and economic sphere and the enormous potential between the two countries.
