WNAM REPORT: Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif sent a message to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, in which he invited him to visit Pakistan. .
In the letter, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif expressed gratitude to Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for the warm and cordial meeting in July on the sidelines of the SCO Summit in Astana.
“This meeting allowed us to productively exchange views on a number of proposals to further strengthen cooperation between our countries. I was impressed by your personal vision and desire to take Pakistani-Turkmen relations to a new level,” the message says.
The Prime Minister also emphasized that Pakistan highly values fraternal ties with Turkmenistan.
“In order to further develop bilateral relations, I invite Your Excellency to pay an official visit to Pakistan and look forward to the opportunity to welcome you,” concluded Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, wishing Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov good health, long life and success, and progress and prosperity to the brotherly people of Turkmenistan and peace.
