WNAMMONITORING:Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade Laziz Kudratov met with the President of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture (ICCIMA) Samad Hassanzadeh.
During the talks, current issues of bilateral trade-economic and investment cooperation were touched upon, and promising areas for further development of cooperation in priority sectors of the economy were identified. The real possibilities of increasing trade volumes were analyzed. In particular, issues related to the preferential trade procedure were discussed.
Following the meeting, the parties approved the planned events. In particular, the 16th Meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation between Uzbekistan and Iran and a joint business forum will be held in the first quarter of 2025.
