ISLAMABAD( WNAM REPORT): The meeting of Pakistan Association of Exhibition Industry was held in Islamabad under the chairmanship of founder Khurshid Barlas, in which all members and executive body participated. The three-member Election Commission Committee Sara Salim, Imran Barkat Ullah, Kulsoom Khaliq declared the result after nomination. Papers were submitted for the post of Chairman, Senior Vice Chairman, Vice Chairman. Founder Muhammad Khurshid Barlas, former Senior Vice Chairman Imad Rasheed, Vice Chairman Fawad Waheed and Secretary General Zeeshan Amjad were also present on the occasion as per the following results. Fahad Barlas Chairman, Fahad Khan Khalil Senior Vice Chairman, Kashif Waheed Vice Chairman were elected unopposed in the election.
While the executive committee members Mudassar Nazir, Muhammad Umair Nizam, Malik Asad Majeed, Dr. Nazish Faisal, Malik Mohsin Khalid, Anila Khalid, Atif Daniel, Muhammad Asif, Amir Muhammad were nominated.
Earlier, the members of the Executive Committee were also elected unopposed for a two-year term. The results of the elected members will be formally announced in the annual meeting on Monday, September 23. While the newly elected leadership will take charge of their positions from 1st October 2024.
