What is important is that those persons who are going to be entrusted with the task of selecting Judges for the apex courts should not only be men of impeccable financial and moral integrity they don’t suffer from any human weakness. Granted that given present lack of morality prevalent in the society where from would we find such persons as angels cannot be found in our present materialistic society but angel- like persons can certainly be traced out if a thorough search is carried out.
The point is that selectors of judges for superior courts should be spotless and cut above in all moral aspects than rest of the members of society in all aspects of human character. It is a difficult task but certainly not impossible. It is in the evidence that the litigant public has to wait for years together for getting their cases decided for which both the bench and the bar must take the flak. A way out will have to be found in the judicial reforms as justice delayed is just denied.
Every person cannot incur heavy consultancy fee of lawyers if he wants to knock the door of apex court in appeals as the fee is exorbitant. In the same manner other expenditure like court fee and miscellaneous expenditure is also prohibitive for which some way out needs to be found out.
