WNAM REPORT: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation Esen Aidogdyev presented the CIS Secretary General Sergey Lebedev with a commemorative sign “Makhtumkuli Fragi is 300 years old”. This was reported on the website of the CIS Executive Committee.
The award ceremony took place on November 6 in Moscow, at the CIS Executive Committee.
Let us recall that on October 10, in Asbaghat , the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the resolution on the CIS Secretary General Sergey Lebedev with a commemorative badge “Makhtumkuli Fragi 300 years” for special merits in studying and popularizing in the world the creative heritage of the great thinker and poet Makhtumkuli Fragi, building up relations with independent neutral Turkmenistan, strengthening friendship, brotherhood and cooperation between peoples.
