It is of utmost importance that the common man should know the credentials of those persons who fund political parties with heavy amounts which enable the heads of the parties to live in style in posh palace_ like bungalows and drive in luxury vehicles besides serving ambrosial food to their visitors in their houses almost daily. Many of our political leaders who now live in palatial houses today used to live in houses of not more than three marlas till yesterday. They live in big mansions today.
The Election Commission must evolve a system in this respect to know who has contributed what in the political parties fund as insiders say that persons of dubious character who had earned billions in corruption ,in order to cuddle up to the heads of political party of their choice contribute hefty funds in their political party fund who in return then give them party tickets for contesting polls for parliament, secure in the knowledge that once they are in the corridors of power nobody would dare to ask them any question as to how did they come into big money. Politics is a money game and most profitable business in this country today.
