WNAM REPORT: Citizens of Turkmenistan are invited to receive education at leading Russian universities free of charge at the following levels: bachelor’s degree, specialist degree, master’s degree, postgraduate degree, residency, additional professional education, assistantship-internship. This is reported on the website of the Russian Embassy in Turkmenistan.
To do this, you need to create an account on the website: https://education-in-russia.com up to and including January 15, 2025.
The instructions for filling out the application note:
“When registering, you must attach documents for the first stage of selection, and also be sure to click the “Submit application” button. The status of your application should change from “Draft” to “Under verification by RZU”. If this is not done, it will become invalid, and the candidate will lose the opportunity to participate in the quota campaign for the 2025/2026 academic year.”
For the first stage of selection for citizens of Turkmenistan, the following list of documents is required:
- Scan of the questionnaire (generated by the system);
- Scan of consent to the processing of personal data (generated by the system);
- Scan of a foreign passport of Turkmenistan;
- A scan of an educational document (report card for the previous grade/school leaving certificate; transcript of grades from the dean’s office/diploma of higher education).
Required documents for the first stage of selection for dual nationals:
- Scan of the questionnaire (generated by the system);
- Scan of consent to the processing of personal data (generated by the system);
- Scan of a foreign passport of Turkmenistan;
- A scan of a Russian passport with a mark on acceptance into citizenship;
- Scan of the internal passport of Turkmenistan;
- A scan of an educational document (report card for the previous grade/school leaving certificate).
