WNAM MONITORING: President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received a delegation led by the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office of the Russian Federation, Maxim Oreshkin.
Maxim Oreshkin conveyed sincere greetings and best wishes from the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, to the President of Uzbekistan.
The discussions focused on the practical implementation of agreements reached during the state visit to Uzbekistan in May last year, as well as other high-level contacts in accordance with the approved roadmap.
Particular attention was given to adopting comprehensive measures to sustain the growth dynamics of trade and economic cooperation, support industrial cooperation and e-commerce projects, and expand practical interaction in water management, higher education, training of engineering personnel, artificial intelligence, cultural exchange, and sports.
