WNAM MONITORING: The President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, received numerous congratulations on the occasion of Novruz from heads of state and high-ranking officials from various countries, as reported by the official media of Turkmenistan on Friday.
The Presidents of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, and Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, as well as regional leaders of Russia Rustam Minnikhanov and Igor Babushkin, and religious figure Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade, congratulated the Turkmen leader.
In their congratulatory messages, the leaders highlighted the significance of Novruz as an ancient holiday symbolizing the renewal of nature, friendship, and good neighborliness between peoples. The heads of state emphasized the importance of strengthening bilateral relations and strategic partnerships with Turkmenistan and expressed hope for the successful development of cooperation in various fields.
