WNAM REPORT: Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held a meeting today with Energy Minister of Russia Sergei Tsivilev upon agreement with the Russian President. Sergei Tsivilev delivered a personal message from Vladimir Putin.The meeting discussed cooperation prospects in energy, which plays a crucial part in relationships between Kazakhstan and Russia. Earlier it was reported that Kazakh leader Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Russian President Vladimir Putin had talked by phone.
