Gozalov praised regional collaboration through platforms such as the Organization of Turkic States, SPECA, and CAREC, and welcomed Turkmenistan’s upcoming co-chairmanship of SPECA in 2025. He also commended Turkmenistan’s green energy efforts under Turkmenistan’s President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

He reaffirmed Turkmenistan’s commitment to renewable energy and lauded Azerbaijan’s leadership in climate diplomacy.
The conference also featured remarks from high-level officials and ambassadors from Türkiye, the United Kingdom, and Kazakhstan, along with representatives of the United Nations and private energy companies. A video address was delivered by Fariz Ismayilzade, a member of Azerbaijan’s Milli Majlis and Vice-Rector of ADA University.
