Uzbekistan’s Dried Apricot Exports Rise by 36%

Tashkent ( WNAM MONITORING ):  Between January and May 2025, Uzbekistan exported 6,832 tonnes of dried apricots, generating a total revenue of US$10.6 million. This data was published by the National Statistics Committee.

Export volumes increased by 1,800 tonnes compared to the same period last year, representing a 36% growth.

During the first five months of the year, the largest volumes of dried apricot exports were delivered to Kazakhstan (1,792 tonnes), China (1,078 tonnes), Turkey (1,023 tonnes), Russia (902 tonnes), and Belarus (487 tonnes).

An additional 1,550 tonnes were exported to other countries.
