Tashkent( WNAM MONITORING): A telephone conversation took place between President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on Tuesday.
The leaders discussed further development and strengthening of Uzbek-Russian relations within the framework of comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance, as well as the practical implementation of previously reached high-level agreements.
Special attention was given to maintaining the growth momentum of key trade, economic, and investment indicators, as well as the implementation of joint projects at the regional level in both countries.
The expanding humanitarian cooperation was welcomed, particularly in the fields of culture, arts, and education, including the training of engineering personnel.
