WNAM REPORT: The OPF Officers Welfare Association (OWA) organized its Annual Dinner 2025 and Oath-Taking Ceremony at Islamabad Hotel. The event was attended by Mr. Syed Qamar Raza, Chairman Board of Governors OPF, and Mr. Mohammed Afzaal Bhatti, Managing Director OPF, as Chief Guests. The program commenced with Tilawat-e-Kalam-e-Pak, followed by a welcome note from General Secretary Mr.Malik Bashrat Awan, setting the tone for an evening of unity and celebration.
The newly elected OWA body — President Rao Farman Thakur, Vice President Sheikh Ashfaq Ahmed, General Secretary Malik Basharat Awan, Finance Secretary Tanveer Ahmed, and Media Secretary Malik Asar Ijaz Awan — took oath to serve with dedication and integrity. Following the ceremony, The General Secretary OWA Malik Basharat presented a heartfelt Sapāsnāmah (vote of thanks) to all guests and participants.President Rao Farman Thakur addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of protecting officers’ rights and seeking continued support from OPF leadership. Managing Director Mr. Muhammad Afzaal Bhatti assured full cooperation in resolving officers’ concerns, while Chairman Mr. Syed Qamar Raza reiterated his commitment to safeguarding the welfare and rights of all OPF employees.
