China’s developmental vision, industrial innovation, and its positive impact on global community showcased

ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT ): A significant seminar titled “Innovation, Openness, and Shared Development Global Dialogue” was held at the National Language Promotion Department in the context of the goals set under China’s 15th Five-Year Plan for achieving national and global social development.

This seminar was organized in collaboration between China Media Group and the Pakistan Research Center for a Community with a Shared Future. The primary objective was to highlight China’s developmental vision, industrial innovation, and its positive impact on the global community, including Pakistan.

The seminar was chaired by Professor Dr. Mohammad Saleem Mazhar, Director-General of the National Language Promotion Department. In his address, he noted that China has paved new pathways for development through innovation-based policies. Today, China is the world’s second-largest economy, and its benefits are reaching not only China but also other countries in the region.

Muhammad Asim Khan Nyazee, Project Director at the Ministry of Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives, stated that Pakistan’s youth can gain valuable lessons from China’s developmental experiences and innovations.

Professor Wang Xishen, a renowned researcher from Communication University of China, addressed the seminar via video link from Beijing. He said that China’s development benefits not only its own society but also other countries worldwide. He mentioned that China has pledged to give special attention to the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in its future plans. He added that the key to success lies in innovation, and the strong ties between China and Pakistan provide both nations with an opportunity to learn from each other’s experiences.

Chinese scholar Wu Jiahua, in his speech, praised President Xi Jinping’s leadership and developmental vision, stating that the upcoming Five-Year Plan focuses on social development, innovation, and open policies, which serve as a model for the world.
Professor Dr. Hayam Qayyoum, an academic at Bahria University Islamabad, said that the collaboration between Pakistan and China could empower women in line with modern requirements, creating a new chapter in the social development of both nations.

Students attending the event shared with CGTN Urdu that the world can only achieve progress through innovation, research, and collaboration, as exemplified by China.

In conclusion, the speakers emphasized that China has gained a prominent position globally through its policies of innovation, shared development, and openness, and it is crucial for Pakistan to adopt these principles to embark on a path of rapid development.
