ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT): Pakistan will host Kyrgyz Cultural Days in Islamabad during the last week of March 2026, showcasing the rich heritage of Kyrgyzstan through traditional handicrafts, cuisine, art exhibitions, film screenings, and music and dance performances.
The festival is being organized on the directives of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, with full hospitality to be extended to the visiting delegation.
Federal Minister for National Heritage and Culture Muhammad Aurangzeb Khan Khichi said the event reflects Pakistan’s broader strategy to promote cultural diplomacy and strengthen people-to-people ties. He added that the government is also set to launch a National Culture Policy aimed at preserving the country’s heritage and projecting its peaceful image globally.
