WNAM REPORT : According to the statement from the ministry, the “Family and Population Decade Vision Document,” prepared under the coordination of the Ministry of Family and Social Services with the contributions of relevant public institutions and organizations, and which will present a holistic roadmap with a human-centered and family-focused approach, has been completed.
The “Family and Population Decade Vision Document,” prepared to determine Türkiye’s family and population policies for the next 10 years, will be shared with the public at a presentation program to be held in Istanbul on May 2nd, with the expected participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and the Minister of Family and Social Services, Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş.
The Vision Document, which aims to establish a long-term policy horizon by addressing changes in family and population structure in a multi-dimensional way, will enter into force with the Presidential Circular to be published in the Official Gazette on the same day, and will become a binding policy framework for all public institutions and organizations.

On the other hand, at the launch program of the “Family and Population Decade Vision Document,” awards will be presented to those who contributed to the “2025 Year of the Family” and to the winners of the short film and photography competitions.
The program will also include the premiere of a public service announcement titled “The Rhythm of Türkiye: Our Story Will Not Be Left Unfinished,” which will highlight the importance of demographic dynamics, the central role of the family in life, and the value of intergenerational bonds.
