*BISP CHAIRPERSON SENATOR RUBINA KHALID MEETS GOVERNOR STATE BANK OF PAKISTAN JAMEEL AHMAD*
ISLAMABAD ( WNAM REPORT ): A meeting was held between the Chairperson, Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Senator Rubina Khalid and the Governor State Bank of Pakistan Jameel Ahmad to discuss various operational matters related to Social Protection Wallets (SPW) and making it more effective and transparent.
During the meeting, matters relating to the effective implementation and smooth functioning of SPW operations. The Chairperson highlighted the challenges requiring coordination and facilitation from the State Bank of Pakistan.
The Governor State Bank of Pakistan assured Chairperson BISP full cooperation and support for smooth and transparent operation of SPW. He expressed his commitment to extending all possible assistance and facilitating BISP in all matters requiring coordination to ensure effective delivery of services to the beneficiaries.
