(WNAM Monitoring): Young specialists participated in the third Youth Scientific and Practical Conference “Current issues of obstetrics and gynecology”, in Tashkent.
Along with domestic researchers, young representatives of medical science from Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and Azerbaijan participated in the forum.
The conference was organized by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Maternal and Child Health.
“The modern world requires young scientists not only to know their subject, but also to think outside the box and be able to disseminate their valuable ideas. In this regard, the need and importance of the forum of young scientists is undoubtedly growing”, noted the Acting Minister of Health of Uzbekistan, Asilbek Khudayarov.
He emphasized that young researchers’ main tasks are the birth of new ideas, discussion, and dissemination.
Following the conference, the authors of the three best oral reports and three poster reports were awarded diplomas and memorable gifts.
