WNAM REPORT: Saparmuhammet Bayramov, a tenant of the G. Azalov daikhan association in the Mary etrap, has achieved high results in growing agricultural crops.
Having been engaged in farming since 2009, Bayramov planted 15 hectares of cotton in 2025 and plans to obtain a yield of 35 centners per hectare. The farmer uses modern agricultural technologies, applies mineral fertilizers in a timely manner and observes irrigation standards.
This year, Bayramov intends to present high production figures as a gift for the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence, the source notes.
Saparmuhammet is assisted in his economic activities by his family members: his wife Gulshat, his brother Akmuhammet with his wife Ainur, and his son Annamuhammet. Together, they cultivate 29 hectares of rented land.
The results of the farmer’s work are impressive: in 2024, he received 78 tons of wheat (33 centners per hectare) from 24 hectares, and in 2025, the yield increased to 36 centners per hectare – a total of 84 tons of wheat were delivered to the state.
Saparmuhammet’s success continues a family tradition. His parents, Jumamuhammet and Aynagozel Bayramov, founded the Lezzetli saçak farm in 2016 on 100 hectares of land leased for 30 years.
For many years of work, Saparmuhammet’s parents were awarded the medal “Watana bolan söýgisi uçin”. Jumamuhammet Bayramov has been working in agriculture since 1981, holding various positions – from machine operator to senior agronomist.
As the farming family notes, the results achieved were made possible thanks to state support and benefits provided to rural tenants.
