The very fact that Kabul shied away from written deed in the Istanbul’s recent parleys wax eloquent of its hidden intention to play second fiddle to New Delhi in its anti-Pakistan activities. It is in the evidence that not once but for umpteen times talks for achieving peace agreement between Pakistan and Afghanistan foundered on the rock of Kabul’s obduracy.
It is about time entry of Afghan nationals into Pakistan is subjected to a strict visa regime like the one operative on entry of foreign nationals in the UK and US as without such a step it won’t be possible to block entry of Saboteurs from Afghanistan into Pakistan./
