WNAM Monitoring: The Cabinet discussed the expansion of international cooperation of Turkmenistan in the oil and gas industry was discussed. As Deputy Prime Minister B. Amanov reported, the Natural Gas Research Institute of the State Concern “Turkmengas” together with the Nebitgazylmytaslama Institute of the State Concern “Turkmennebit” are actively introducing advanced technologies and developing new fields.
Gas and gas condensate fields are developed according to scientifically based projects of scientists and institute specialists, who are faced with such tasks as scientific research solutions in the field of geology, development, drilling and design of oil and gas facilities, their timely implementation into production.
In order to use the best world experience, Turkmenistan is increasing its partnership with foreign oil and gas companies.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted the importance of international cooperation for the development of the industry and gave instructions to expand interaction with specialized scientific institutes.
