WNAM MONITORING: A meeting was held in Astana between the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan – Rashid Meredov and Murat Nurtleu.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed a wide range of bilateral cooperation, including political, trade and economic, transport and transit, energy and cultural and humanitarian spheres. The ministers also agreed on a schedule for upcoming international summits.
M. Nurtleu congratulated his colleague on the successful holding of the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan in Kazakhstan and the opening of a monument to the Turkmen poet Magtymguly Fragi in Astana.
