WNAM MONITORING: Navid Rasouli, the Cultural Advisor of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Turkmenistan, paid a visit to the State Library of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan. During his visit, he got acquainted in detail with the work of various departments of the library and presented a number of valuable publications as a gift to the institution. This was stated in a statement by the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan.
Among the donated books, a special place is occupied by a two-volume edition, including 15 manuscripts, published by the Cultural Center of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Ashgabat in honor of the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi. In addition, Rasuli donated to the library a Persian-Turkmen dictionary containing 10000 words, a Turkmen-Persian phrasebook and a collection of 30 ancient Persian tales.
