Some miscreants reported to be Pakistani settlers in UK created an ugly scene in front of the car carrying the former CJP in London the other day about which one can only say that it was unfortunate to say the least. Our political parties must realize that it is shameful to wash one’s dirty linen in public and that too in a foreign land.
It is unfortunate that nobody in this country has taught political workers how to protest on any issue which they don’t see eye to eye with the powers that be. Use of violence is anti thesis of democracy. If the politicians are to promote parliamentary democracy in this country they ought to train their workers to be tolerant to others point of view.
There are umpteen ways to lodge protests in a peaceful manner. Must not the protesters make use of fisticuffs for spotlighting their grievances on any issue .
